 Eileen Reid is the brains behind the whole company. She has had a life-long love of all things natural and organic. After receiving her bachelors' degree in Mathematics from the College of St. Elizabeth, she went to work for a cosmetics company where she created lotions, bath gels and soaps for many of the large chain stores. While working there she realized that inferior ingredients were being used to create these products and knew that there had to be a better way. She became very interested in essential oils, and through doing a lot of research and a lot of trial and error, created the As Sweet Rose line. After using it herself and asking family members to use it, her family and friends demanded that she make more. Word of mouth spread about how wonderful these products are and she decided to sell them. The product line has expanded, and the quality and stunning results that are seen from these products only increases.
 Jennifer Dedrick is the technical side of the company. She has always had extremely sensitive skin, and spent years looking for products that would soothe and help her skin without sacrificing the health of the rest of her body. Her interest and love of organics and essential oils sprang from this need. She was one of the first active testers of the As Sweet Rose line, saw the results, and wanted to do all she could to help get this business off the ground. With almost twenty years of experience in Corporate America and web design, she has helped to create the public face of 'The Radiant Goddess'.
The Radiant Goddess takes a stand when it comes to the protection and sustainability of our planet. Our planet produces all of the raw materials we use to create the products we offer, and we hold fast to our ideology that ensures fair treatment for not only the planet, but the people involved with the production of our raw materials. Through example, we hope to encourage an ecological practice within business and our communities where more is given than is taken.
At The Radiant Goddess, we monitor the companies, their practices and labor conditions from where many of our products originate from, and we support organizations that are in line with our values.
